She has practiced in preschool-12th grade public and charter schools, acute hospital settings, sub-acute rehabs, and long-term care. She holds a certificate of clinical competence from The American Speech-Language Hearing Association and is licensed in PA and NJ.

Though it began as an aspiration to deepen her yoga practice, Amy soon found that completing her 200-hr registered yoga teacher training (RYT-200) with Three Queens Yoga in Philadelphia, PA sparked a desire to bring her core values of compassion, integrity, and gratitude to her therapy practice. She pursued her registered children's yoga teacher certification (RCYT) through Yoga Alliance and founded Sound Speech Therapy and Wellness in an effort to bring speech therapy and yoga into alignment.
