WHAT IS YOUR NEW CLIENT PROCEDURE?
Email us at info@soundspeechtherapyandwellness to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to determine if Sound Speech Therapy and Wellness is a good fit for your family. We will discuss what services are appropriate for you or your loved one, collect pertinent intake information, and schedule an evaluation if necessary.
WHERE IS SOUND SPEECH THERAPY AND WELLNESS LOCATED?
We're mobile! Home base is South Philadelphia, but we travel to surrounding neighborhoods to see clients in their homes, schools, and community centers. Additional travel fees may apply depending on your location. Please reach out to us for details or if you would like to recommend a location for our next group class series at info@soundspeechtherapyandwellness.com
DO YOU ACCEPT MY HEALTH INSURANCE?
Sound Speech Therapy and Wellness does not currently accept health insurance. Payment is due at the time services are rendered with the exception of group class series which will require payment in order to hold your child's place in our group. We are happy to provide you with a superbill (a standard form that includes information about the services we provided, fees, codes, etc) that you may submit to your health insurance provider for reimbursement.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Please let us know as soon as you are able if you will not be able to make a scheduled session. Notification with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $30 fee. We regret that we will be unable to refund any missed group classes.
